This means that we understand clearly that the goal of training deliveries is to provide effective education, which furthers understanding and adoption of your technology. Based upon the availability, capability, and goals of your organization, education vehicles may be delivered by Tecado instructors or by members of your organization. In either case it is important that courses and seminars are delivered by persons with credible expertise and professional delivery skills. As new courses and seminars are developed, there is an initial pilot delivery of the course or seminar to prepare for public deliveries. It is critical that your organization positions education as an integral part of the Platform Technology in order to build a broad base of acceptance and ensure effective implementations of the technology. We have found that offering either seats in a public delivery, or providing a customized on-site delivery to customers implementing the technology can make the difference between a satisfied, successful, referencable customer vs. a negative, problematic, support-intensive customer.
